What this covers
This page will set out the agreement between the subscribing organization and The Municipal Terminal: what the subscription includes, how seats work, acceptable use, the limits of the service, and how either party ends it.
What it will say about the record
The underlying material is public New York City government record. The subscription is to the collection, resolution, transcription and monitoring of that record — not to the record itself, which nobody owns.
Seats and invoicing
Subscriptions are seat-based and invoiced to the organization. Seat administration happens in the product; there is no self-service purchase.
