Where the record comes from
Every item in The Municipal Terminal carries the source it came from, the URL it came from, and when it was captured. Anything derived from a transcript additionally carries the video and the second it was said.

What we add, and what we do not
We normalize identifiers, resolve people and organizations across systems, transcribe proceedings, and compute statutory clocks under a recorded rule version. We do not assert relationships the record does not support, and inferred claims are labelled as inferred.
